I finished the book yesterday and loved it...in fact I told the whole story to Don last night in the shower, and he thinks it was a great story too! I want this to be made into a movie because it would rock! But only, if I could direct it, cast it and market it! Ashley, it's all yours!

I started reading Vanishing Acts by Jodi Picoult this morning and so far I am enjoying it. There isn't a Jodi book that I haven't liked yet so I am not expecting this to be the first.

Now, you're reading an Author I read, and love.

She's Local. Grew up, and went to High School, in Smithtown, Long Island. She was recently at Book Review Bookstore, in Huntington.

~~Have you read, "My Sister's Keeper"??...

..by God, Her use of POV [points of view], from the different characters,(excellent)~~if you haven't read it, put it on your reading list. Great stuff.

I'm no longer blogging, Jenny, but I'll be dropping in here.

(Things are pretty up in the air right now. Real shitty in RL)

xx,b.

You will find Vanishing Acts interesting. I learned a few things, for sure. I mostly like how that one deals with identity. I think that is one of the most interesting topics.

So far I love it...I love the way she switches from each character (font changes too) and that makes it like several differnt stories in one.

Thanks for visiting my blog today.
My book club got quite addicted to Jodi a few years ago and I went last fall to a women's group thing to hear her speak and she was awesome.

I love all her books too, she has a great style!
